 All returns are up to the discretion of the store owners. All returns must be accompanied with a receipt.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

 

Spirit Quest is unable to accept the following merchandise returns: Rocks, Minerals, Essential Oils, Open Card Decks, Broken Hematite or Gemstone Rings or any open or used items.

We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping could take 14-30 days.
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at spiritquestassociates@yahoo.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
